Conferences:
We can bring a sense of energy and focus to conferences in a variety of ways:
Ice breakers, break out sessions, Full DrumCrazy Orchestra, short energisers.
We have experience creating conference input for events with up to 1000 participants since the year 2000. We have contacts worldwide for hiring equipment  and assistance locall y. All the events will raise energy and awareness of team related issues.

Ice breakers: Participants up to 1000+. Time 20 to 30 minutes
Usually short sessions using hand held equipment such as boomwhackers, hand percussion, soundshapes or simply movement and voice.

Breakout Sessions: Participants 60 to 1000+. Time total 90 to 120 minutes.
With any instrument selection we can run breakout sessions during  the day and then bring everyone together for a massed finale. In the breakout room we work with the teamwork, communication and leadership skills required to create an orchestra. We then all come together and apply the skills to the larger group.

Full DrumCrazy Orchestra: Participants 20 to 1000. Time 45 to 90 minutes
We bring 50% drums and 50% hand percussion and create an orchestra in a circle with all the elements of teamwork that that involves. People work in sections which have to be connected to and relating with every other section and the whole. They have to contribute creative ideas and run with other peoples ideas. Leadership is a fluid process often revealing lots of surprises.

Short energisers: Participants unlimited. Time 5 to 20 minutes
There are certain points in any conference day when the energy will drop and the ability to listen and take in information will diminish. We have a selection of short activities led from the stage designed to re-energise everyone before moving on to the next speaker.
