For 8 years now we have run open drumcircles at the Womad Festival. 2006 saw a circle of 300 in the Little Big Top and a circle of 200 in the Riviera Centre. Each event actually catered for twice that number over a period of an hour. What has been fantastic has been comments from stewards aged around 18 along the lines of " I have been coming to the drumcrazy session every yearsince I was 10! I love it"
Every year we get bookings for birthday parties, schools, swimming clubs!? and all sorts of oddities directly from the WOMAD experience.
Come along its the best festival there is.
