Just found this article on Salisbury High School Site. Apart from a "rave" review it gives an outline of what we get up to in Secondary age schools.
"On Wednesday 20th September, the whole of Year 8 took part in a drumming spectacular in Becket Hall. Each form in turn, using a wide selection of percussion instruments, demonstrated their ability in working together as a team by developing increasingly complex rhythms. The better each group worked together, the better the sound!
Special mention has to be made to 8Z2 who won considerable praise from John, the course leader. At one point, he was able to take a back seat while individual students took the lead, producing some fantastic sounds.
The day was a resounding success and received rave reviews from everyone who took part. Well done Year 8!
